Coming to a Barnes and Noble near you...The RMS media center is having a book fair at Barnes and Noble on Saturday, 11/1, from 11 am to 6 pm. A portion of all sales from the store and the cafe that day will be used to purchase new books for our media center. 
Show choir performances, crafts, a costume contest, and more, you don't want to miss this event!

There will be a National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) parent night on mental health on October 29, 2025, at 6 pm in the CCA Meeting Space. All middle school parents are welcome to join this one-hour session, ask questions and learn about the warning signs of mental illness in adolescents and teens. Next week, October 6-10, 2025, Rome Middle Schools will have a Hispanic/ Latino (a) Heritage Month spirit week. In addition, we have English, Spanish, and French speakers taking part in the celebration at Ridge Ferry Park on October 9th. They will be dancing around 5 pm. Please come see them celebrate Hispanic Heritage and Venezuelan culture on Thursday!

Tuesday evening, Rome Middle School celebrated two amazing staff members--RMS Teacher of the Year, Manuel Pedroza  and Exemplary Support Professional, Mariesha Harris. We are blessed to have them as part of our staff!
